QLD Poker Machine Tender #56 (Pubs) - Tender OPEN

The Qld Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation has opened the tender for the latest round of gaming authorities (last tender value in brackets), being:

• 4 South East ($485,302 - tender #55) – minimum acceptable price $429,556 (last tender $400,157)
• 36 Coastal ($203,662 - tender #55) – minimum acceptable price $186,452 (last tender $180,006)
• NIL Western ($100,950 - tender #55) – minimum acceptable price $N/A (last tender $81,332)
  

Pub Authorities

This is also under the reduced transfer fees from 33% to 15% which has been again further extended, now for the third year, to 30 June 2025. There was a spike in supply in the last tender, potentially with sellers thinking the transfer fee reduction would cease. The reduction in supply should keep prices high even with the 16 carry over authorities in the Coastal Region that did not sell in the last tender.
