Prosperity Advisers Group is proud to announce that Chief Operating Officer, Melissa Rowe, has been appointed to the Board of the Hunter TAFE Foundation.
Melissa brings a wealth of experience to the Foundation, with an extensive career spanning the public and private sectors. In her role as COO at Prosperity, Melissa leads business operations across the firm’s offices in Newcastle, Sydney and Brisbane, driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Prosperity, she held executive leadership positions, including Director of Organisational Services at Lake Macquarie City Council, where she successfully led multidisciplinary teams through transformation and growth.
With a strong passion for education and community development, Melissa’s appointment reflects her long-standing commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their potential. The Hunter TAFE Foundation, established in 2000, provides financial assistance to TAFE NSW students across the Hunter and Central Coast regions, particularly those facing personal or financial hardship. In the past financial year alone, the Foundation awarded more than $105,000 in scholarships and prizes to over 80 students.
On her appointment, Melissa commented, “Being part of the Hunter TAFE Foundation Board is an exciting opportunity to support and empower students to reach their educational and career goals. I am honoured to contribute to an organisation that makes such a tangible difference in our community.”
Prosperity congratulates Melissa on her appointment and looks forward to seeing her positive impact on the Hunter TAFE Foundation and the broader community.
